Today, our brand new sub-compact utility tractor arrived!

This is a Kubota BX 2370 with a 60″ mid mount mower, a 50″ roto tiller, and front end loader.  Here are some more pictures:

It is powered by a 23 HP diesel engine, with close to 18 HP available at both of the Power Take Offs (PTO).  We didn’t plan on getting a 4 wheel tractor this soon in our farming career, but tending 8.5 acres of land with just a walking tractor and a lawn tractor requires more time than we have available at this point.  We’ll post more soon about the great things we will get done with this “Lil’ ‘Bota”
