The onions have been moved outside to harden off for a few weeks until the ground is dry enough to work:
Our current seed starting shelf was at full capacity:
So, we purchased and assembled a new one to hold all of the seeds we started today:
Today, we started 22 trays of seedlings, including red beets, yellow beets, swiss chard, broccoli, kale, pac choi, leaf lettuce, romaine lettuce, bibb lettuce, asters, eggplant, and 7 varieties of peppers, both sweet, and hot!
The ground should be workable soon, and then we will be able to start our direct seeding in the garden!
