Today, the soil finally dried out after the monsoon we had at the end of April.  Here’s a picture overlooking the 8.5 acres of land we will be farming:

Our Berta Rotary plow and Grillo Tractor did a great job working the soil:

We will continue to break new ground here as time allows and as our current plot fills up with fruit and vegetables that will be coming to market starting in June!
